Looking for Android Developer/ Senior Android Developer role who have worked preferably in a product based companies.

We are looking for Assistant Product Manager preferably from a product based company between 1-2 years of working experience (freshers also considered).

Roles and Responsibilities

The position offered is of an Associate Product Manager.

Business Vision:

1. Understanding the vision and related requirements of the product.
2. Evaluate the vision against metrics like pricing, risk, revenue etc.
3. Evaluate the business metrics associated.
4. Converting the business vision into a product/product feature which achieves the decided metrics.
5. Building a product roadmap in relevance to business objectives.

GTM Strategies:

1. Making B-Plan for Go to market strategies.
2. Evaluating numbers associated to the product and hence the pricing and revenue.
3. Create user personas w.r.t STP of the module.

New Product/Module Development:

1. Creating Wireframes
2. Defining details and flows of the module.
3. Defining the UX of the module.
4. Identifying the corner cases and handling them through alternatives.
5. Measuring the impact on existing flows.

Enhancements:

1. Creating features to empower the existing systems against defined metrics.
2. Wireframing, User flow diagrams and UX definition.
3. Identifying the corner cases and handling them through alternatives.
4. Measuring the impact on existing flows.

Documentation:

1. Translating the requirements and cases in Product Requirement Documents.
2. Creating User Stories.

Report Tracking and Decision Making:

1. Track whatever is build.
2. Measure the performance of the existing system.
3. Evaluate the quantum of impact to the metrics, defined against a feature.

By and Large, whatever happens in the product, for the product, and across the product is taken care of by the Product Manager and team.

Designation- UI/UX Designer
Location - Gurgaon
Experience -3+ Yrs (freshers also considered)

The major role of the UI/UX Designer is envisaged to be around doing UI/UX designing along with branding, social media infographics and illustrations work to fuel continued fast track growth.

Key responsibilities include:
Creating wireframes, graphics and designs for websites.
Working on UI/UX for our in-house products.
Visualize and design user interface for web and mobile applications.
Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and delight to the customer.
Gather feedback from teams and follow an iterative process.
Maintain standards and processes for producing deliverables.

This role would give you an opportunity to:
Work in a cross-functional team and actively interface with programmers, graphic design and marketing folks.
Manage and lead the graphic designing side for the organisation.
